Financial Analyst
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Acting window for finance subjects in dedicated business unit + Prepare and Conduct with Proposal & Sales Team, Order Admin and Business to handle orders and future opportunities + Support Operation and Business to handle shipments and sales + Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and increase efficiency by developing automated processes + Prepare the monthly, quarterly, annual reporting packages which include the Orders and Sales, Selling, General & Administrative Expense, Gross & Operating profits for both actuals and forecasts + Conduct Balance sheet review including Trade Working Capital + Provide analysis of transactions and coordinate with Singapore BU and Finance + Run financial process including month end closing with Business and Shared Service Center + Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations + Liaise and coordinate to ensure compliance with matters relating to the statutory audit + Provide financial data and presentation assistance for the Management Team + Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analyses as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises **Who You Are:** You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all projects assigned to the team + Ensures accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments + Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives + Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences + Customer focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions + Situational adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations **For This Role, You Will Need:** + BA degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting + Over 3 years of Finance/FP&A in Multinational Company + Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel + Excellent analytical skills and Strong interpersonal skills + Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English + Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement + Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
