Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. • Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial records are balanced and accurate. • Prepare and analyze financial statements to support decision-making processes. • Conduct audits to assess financial accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future business performance. • Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure efficient capital management. • Collaborate with teams to deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards. • Provide insights on budget processes to improve financial planning. • Support key financial initiatives through thorough data analysis and reporting. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, audit, or accounting field. Exposure to the Banking industry is required. • Strong knowledge of accounting functions, including reconciliations and audits. • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. • Experience with preparing financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Familiarity with cash flow analysis and capital management strategies. • Understanding of banking industry standards and compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to stakeholders.
