Financial Analyst

Position Summary

The Financial Analyst provides high level planning and analytical support to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will combine financial and data analytics to measure KPI’s and drive process improvements utilizing Microsoft Excel and industry-leading computer software such as Alteryx, Domo, and Workday/Adaptive. The finance team operates under a hybrid working model with the ability to work remotely for a portion of the week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Analyzes historical financial performance data Makes recommendations to management on operational and financial performance expectationsEstablishes, measures, and reports operational and financial KPIsCollaborates with peers and team to drive business improvementsServes as project and team lead on organizational initiativesGenerates reports and performs variance analysis on a monthlyPrepares, submits, and maintains budgets and forecastsPerforms ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related field1-2 years' experience in operational, financial or general business analysisExperience in Microsoft ExcelAbility to manage projects and timelinesUnderstanding of accounting and finance principles

Preferred Requirements

Experience in Alteryx, Domo, and Workday/AdaptiveBenefits
