Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a **Financial Analyst!** Pay: $ 24.43/hr Location: Hybrid (3 Office, 2 at home) Shift: Mon to Fri 8am – 4:30pm Contract: Temp **Responsibilities for this Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:** · Information reporting to the IRS for International and retirement accounts · Working requests received in the New Service Gateway queue · Working requests received in team email boxes · Working requests received in various exception reports · Ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines and requirements · Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tax forms · Assist with procedure maintenance · Participate in yearly tax form testing and production validation · Assist the team in any other duties as assigned. **Experience required for this Financial Analyst person position include:** · Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and especially Excel · Demonstrate a proven ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously · Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple job related duties efficiently while exercising sound judgment to ensure SLA, strict deadlines and business KPIs are met · Proven history of effective ownership and accuracy · Possess the ability to work independently while effectively managing and finding resolution to complex situations · Communicate effectively including excellent listening skills and professional phone/email etiquette · Exhibit professionalism in all situations · College Degree Preferred · Operations experience a plus As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
