BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The primary role of the Financial Analyst is to support financial planning and analysis for the East Region of Marsh McLennan Agency. The Financial Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather data, analyze and interpret financial information, and prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for senior and executive leadership to help inform business decisions.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Basic proficiency with PowerBI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.Demonstrated ability to develop impactful presentations, reports, and deliverables.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with stakeholders across various departments and disciplines.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

WORK LOCATION
Work is typically performed in a hybrid manner on site at MMA East’s Conshohocken, PA office.The applicable base salary range for this role is $47,900 to $71,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
