Description Tyler Houk (Practice Director) with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Fresno, California. In this role, you will collect, process, and analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions. Collaborating across departments, you will deliver actionable insights and visualizations to guide our fast-growing manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: • Gather, clean, and validate financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements. • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel. • Partner with various teams to understand business objectives and develop data-driven strategies. • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform leadership decisions. • Support initiatives focused on data governance and quality improvements Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and dashboard creation. • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. • Experience with data visualization tools and methods. • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data in an accessible manner. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines. • Knowledge of Sage 100 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
