**Financial Analyst – Business Operations Support**

**Role Overview**
The Financial Analyst – Business Operations Support is responsible for supporting business projects and operational initiatives through financial planning, execution, and post-implementation activities. This role includes a strong focus on financial and administrative responsibilities such as cross-charging costs, accounting support, supplier payments, and ERP system entries. The position also supports the IQVIA Concierge Travel Services team and collaborates with internal teams, customer account teams, and functional leads across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Financial Planning & Analysis
+ Develop and complete financial reporting for projects related to travel booking services and credit card payments,
+ Prepare, analyze, and distribute project status and financial reports.
+ Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
+ Post vouchers and journal entries to ERP systems accurately and timely.
+ Support accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close processes.
Project & Operational Support
+ Support execution of complex project goals and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of project and financial activities using SharePoint and internal systems.
+ Perform periodic audits and reviews of project and financial files for accuracy and completeness.
+ Identify and escalate project risks or issues affecting timeline, cost, or deliverables.
+ Set up and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Support processing supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
+ Look after corporate card program including reconciliation and compliance monitoring.
+ Support the IQVIA Concierge Travel Services team with travel coordination, expense tracking, and related administrative tasks.
**Qualifications & Skills**
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, related field or multiple years of relevant experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations.
+ Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
+ Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
+ Experience in project-based financial support.
+ Familiarity with SharePoint and financial reporting tools.
+ Knowledge of corporate travel and expense systems.
+ Background in cross-functional team collaboration.
**Additional Information:**
+ This role may involve occasional travel for project meetings or training.
