Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, and providing insights that impact strategic business decisions. Responsibilities: • Assist in crafting annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with organizational goals. • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analyses, to evaluate performance against budgets and forecasts. • Analyze revenue streams and expense patterns, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and control costs. • Develop financial models to support pricing strategies, client profitability assessments, and market expansion initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational performance. • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and participate in special projects, such as due diligence and market-specific modeling. • Support the preparation of monthly reporting and ensure the accuracy of data management processes Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis. • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel. • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting financial findings. • Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic environment is a plus. • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
