**Job Summary** NetApp is looking for a **Senior Financial Analyst** to join the Product Finance team, supporting our Hybrid Cloud Business Unit. This individual will develop financial models to support initiatives which include product margin, deal assessment, new product introductions, and price changes for existing products. It is a highly visible role which supports senior management in the decision-making process along with their operational staff. This is a hybrid role working 2 days out of our San Jose office, but will also consider West Coast remote for the right person. **Job Requirements** This role has responsibility for a wide range of financial support and analysis tasks. It includes but is not limited to: + Drive the monthly product margin reviews and assess key performance metrics (Volume, Average Selling Price, Average Capacity, profit margin, etc.) to manage business accountability + Assist in analyzing and developing biz review packages to help report out current quarter financials to the Product Leadership Team + Contribute to monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, delivering accuracy and insights by collaborating closely with business partners + Assist with management reporting – analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, and helping build presentations with key business insights for senior leadership + Craft insightful financial presentations to support business reviews + Develop strong relationships with business partners and drive initiatives aligned with organizational priorities + Drive cross-functional efforts for analytics improvement, data quality, and self-service reporting + Other ad-hoc projects or activities to provide FP&A support **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline (or equivalent experience) + 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field + Strong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in developing complex financial models, and a track record of driving process improvements + Experience in business partnering and presenting to an executive audience. Prior experience with hardware a plus. + Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and modeling in Excel + Systems experience including Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, and business analytics a plus + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities \#Source **Compensation** The base salary range for this position is $135K - $189K and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
