We are currently looking to hire an experienced Financial Analyst for an onsite role at our Costa Mesa, CA Headquarter. In this role you will support the organization’s Accounting Team by analyzing financial data to provide insight and make recommendations.
What You’ll Do:
You will prepare, analyze, and coordinate business unit operations and expenses to determine proper allocations amongst all entities/markets.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing, identifying, and working with other departments to analyze actuals vs budget results and independently resolve issues as they arise.
You will perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed and be able to explain data effectively.
You will be responsible for updating and creating financial report templates as needed.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business/Economics or Accounting. CPA is a plus.
To thrive in this role you will have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting.
You will need to have a strong understanding of accounting concepts and processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, be a motivated self-starter and detail oriented.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
Experience with a large ERP system is required and Oracle experience is a plus.
Highly skilled in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and multitasking
Candidate must also be willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$90,400.00 - $120,300.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
