岗位职责：

1、经营分析：针对业绩部门利润表的第一行至最后一行，从收入和费用的预算、预测、跟踪、分析，总结业务规律，发现业务问题，给予业务建议，协助业绩部门达成目标；深度支持业务决策和过程管理；

2、资源管理：针对公司给予业绩部门的销售折扣、费用等资源预算，监督资源使用的规范性，评估使用的效率性；费用专项分析及费用管理，分析业务问题；

3、运营管理：协助业绩部门的总经理，向上（中国区总经理及中央业务部门）进行业绩汇报，向下（业绩部门的业务总监）进行业绩、重点工作达成管理；

4、考核管理：核对大区Sales考核结果是否按公司规范及财务数据进行核算；并根据考核数据 结合业务实际，梳理数据结论，发现业务问题；

5、项目管理：大区及总部运营项目的牵头及全年执行的管控。

岗位要求：

1、会计与财务管理相关专业本科及以上学历;

2、 具备5年以上财务分析/财务管理经验;

3、优秀的中、英双语沟通能力;

4、 数据敏感度高，具备一定财务分析功底，理解经营组织和经营管理思维，具有较好的逻辑思维能力和判断力;

5、强沟通能力，开放成就他人心态，尤其强调与直线/虚线领导及同事沟通的能力及效率。
