Financial Analyst, Sales Finance at a Glance….
The Financial Analyst, Sales Finance will assist in managing finance processes for the Away From Home Finance Team, providing information and guidance on various financial rituals and routines, including PVM analysis, monthly performance reviews, financial reviews, and forecasting. The Financial Analyst, Sales Finance will also support ad-hoc requests and analysis to ensure data availability and accessibility.

Assist in the development and evaluation of price levels to maximize margins and competitiveness
You will assist in streamlining products and contribute to portfolio optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally and support value creation initiatives with financial analyses
Provide recommendations on pricing and margin optimization
Analyze channel, customer, and product mix and develop measures to increase overall profitability
Provide stakeholders with insights into P&L performance, trends, and identify levers for improvement
KPI and project reporting for senior leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative field
Internship in Finance, Accounting, or similar experience
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and excel in a team atmosphere
Strong communication skills and comfort using data and insights to influence
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Commercial P&L knowledge, operations experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data-visualization tools (Tableau)
EPM systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle) strongly preferred
Experience with syndicated sales data (NPD, IRI, Nielsen) would be a plus
Comfort with ambiguity, self-starter, and inquisitive

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 – $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
