About the RoleJoin Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Financial Analyst specializing in Operations and Supply Chain, contributing to the company's advancements in science and innovation. You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial management and operational efficiency for our Instrument and Enterprise Services Division worldwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory levels to optimize costs and support operational needs.Coordinate excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory processes to minimize financial impact.Handle scrap processes to ensure efficient disposals.Manage cost centers for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality departments to ensure flawless budget adherence.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience.3+ years of related work experienceProven experience in financial analysis within a supply chain or operations environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to strictly determine financial impacts and implement solutions successfully.Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.What We OfferAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are ambitious in our pursuit of excellence and innovation. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
