Your Mission:
Little Caesars is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the US Distribution finance team within our Global Services organization. This role is essential in providing analytical support, preparing financial reports, and assisting with decision-making to enhance business performance across our U.S. network. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be part of a collaborative finance team focused on operational excellence and financial transparency. This position is ideal for an intellectually curious individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for learning.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing forecasts, financial models, and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, supporting operational and strategic decisions across U.S. Distribution.Variance Analysis: Assist the greater FP&A team in identifying key drivers of financial performance and communicating findings to management and cross-functional teams.Support Performance Review: Analyze profitability and efficiency of distribution centers, including basic capital investment assessments and warehouse productivity.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with franchisees and cross-functional teams—including Procurement, Accounting, Operations, HR, and IT—to support compliance and enhance performance.Maintain Systems and Dashboards: Support the use of financial systems such as Oracle and warehouse management platforms and help update dashboards to monitor performance against KPIs.Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports for sales and other key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate insights for stakeholders.Assist with Presentations: Help prepare financial presentations for business meetings and conferences, delivering clear and concise financial information.Support Operational Strategy: Provide financial insights that contribute to U.S. Distribution decisions and operational efficiency.Collaborate for Success: Work with business partners to support financial processes and priorities across departments.Critical Thinking: Take responsibility for assigned projects and tasks, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.Support Period End Close: Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting standards.Deliver Accurate Insights: Produce budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses that support decision-making and business growth.Who You Are:
Analytical Professional: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or related field.Early Career Analyst: 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.Detail-Oriented: Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.Collaborative Communicator: Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial concepts to key stakeholders.Why Little Caesars?
