**Functional Role (Job Description)**
The Finance Analyst role will be based offshore in India and will work in alignment with the Onshore team. The role will support Practice finance in two different legal entities and will have to work with two separate ERPs and different processes.

Education Background
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce or relevant field.
Masters’ degree (MBA/M.Com) or CA/CMA Inter.
Work Experience
Typically requires 07-09 years relevant experience
Global experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference
**Key Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supporting analysis and preparation of Practice cost forecasting.
+ Preparing analysis for posting of month-end accrual and cost journals within Data and Ltd.
+ Assist with cost analysis Cloud & Security within Ltd for client contracts and Practice overheads.
+ Liaising with Contracts and Procurement teams in Ltd to support accurate recording of costs and facilitate credit adjustments from CSD.
+ Support process in conjunction with FP&A team for regional submission of Global Practice P&L.
+ Reconciliation of Practice P&L and order intake submissions to Group reporting application.
+ Provide back-up support for other Practice FBP processes (e.g. Prism reporting).
+ Support monthly analysis of actuals vs forecast for Practice P&L.
+ Helping with processes throughout the budget cycle to support Practice stakeholder.
+ Ad hoc project work, such as improvements in Practice forecasting process and Practice carve-out.
