As a Financial Analysis Manager I for the Ovivo USA Electronics Division, you will be an acting member of the management team and have broad responsibilities in the financial management of a manufacturing services business. This position will work closely with the senior management team and Controller to ensure strong financial controls and will act as a key advisor to monthly reporting and project tracking.

Lead the timely and accurate preparation of periodic, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements for submission to US GAAP and Ecolab accounting policies.Review, approve, and analyze financial and management reports, including income statements, expense analysis, earnings forecasts, and key performance indicators, to support informed decision‑making by senior management.Serve as a key financial advisor to the management team, providing forward‑looking insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities based on historical trends and projected results.Actively support the continuous improvement and effective use of the Ovivo ERP system (SyteLine/CSI010), partnering with operational and corporate stakeholders to enhance financial reporting, controls, and data integrity.Oversee and optimize working capital management, including cash flow forecasting, receivables, payables, and inventory, to ensure adequate liquidity and efficient use of resources.Coordinate and facilitate the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, collaborating with operational leaders and obtaining management sign‑off on financial plans.Partner with the Corporate Tax team on business‑related tax matters, ensuring compliance and timely support for tax reporting and planning activities.Provide timely and accurate cash reporting to Corporate Treasury, including preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.Act as the primary local point of contact for internal/external auditors, coordinating audit activities and supporting the timely completion of audits.Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance and accounting team, fostering strong internal controls, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Position Details

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
The pay for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00 USD Annual Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
