**Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to financial reporting needs. + Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. + Extract and transform data from SAP ERP and SAP BPC for use in Power BI. + Optimize report performance and implement best practices in data modeling and DAX. + Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and dashboards. + Continuously improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities. **Knowledge and Attributes:** + Communication skills (verbal and written). + Good interpersonal skills and display good planning and organizing abilities. + Demonstrate good attention to detail. + Deadline driven with the ability to cope with stressful situations. + Takes own initiative and has a solutions-orientated approach. + Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality. + Proactive approach with the ability to think ahead in a fast-paced environment. **Required Experience:** + Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a financial reporting environment. + Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics. + Proficient in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization. + Experience working with SAP ERP and SAP BPC as data sources. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
