The Financial Advisor / Wealth Advisor will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and will lead the delivery of comprehensive financial advice and planning services for an established and mature client base. This role is designed for an experienced, licensed professional who can independently manage client relationships, develop tailored financial strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience. This position also maintains responsibility for the operational and administrative execution of client service needs. No sales quotas or new client acquisition requirements are associated with this role.RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Advisory LeadershipLead the design, delivery, and ongoing management of comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, education funding, cash flow and liability strategies, tax planning, and risk management.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their goals, values, and financial priorities and translating them into actionable strategies.Analyze, construct, and manage investment portfolios aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons.Monitor portfolios and proactively make recommendations in response to market conditions, regulatory changes, and client life events.Identify planning opportunities across estate, tax, insurance, and investment strategies and coordinate with external professionals as needed.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, leading client meetings, reviews, and ongoing communications.Build long-term, trusted relationships through proactive outreach, strategic planning conversations, and consistent service delivery.Address client inquiries and complex financial matters with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.Oversee and complete all client account administration, including opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of required documentation and forms.Prepare, review, and submit client paperwork related to account changes, transfers, distributions, and other service requests in accordance with firm and custodian requirements.Coordinate with custodians, internal operations teams, and third-party providers to ensure smooth execution of transactions and account servicing.Monitor service requests through completion, proactively identifying and resolving issues or delays.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in CRM and portfolio management systems.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all client interactions, recommendations, and documentation adhere to firm policies and regulatory standards.Maintain proper records in support of audits, reviews, and internal compliance processes.SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONSStrong command of financial planning concepts, investment strategies, and wealth management best practices.Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to clients.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships independently.High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset for operational accuracy and compliance.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning, CRM, and portfolio management platforms preferred.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (finance, economics, business, or related field strongly preferred)Series 7 and Series 66 requiredLife & Health Insurance License requiredProven experience delivering comprehensive financial planning, investment advice, and client relationship managementHighly motivated, team-oriented professional with a commitment to long-term client successCAREER & FIRM CULTURE

Compensation
This position is located in Massachusetts. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $110,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
