Responsibilities Provide administrative support for tax policy operations, including document prep and record-keeping. Perform high-accuracy data entry into tax databases and tracking systems. Maintain organized digital/physical files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal/external stakeholder inquiries. Support audits, meetings, and projects with strong attention to detail. Operate office tools (MS Office, scanners) and assist with process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or PMP) are a strong asset. Training in data management, tax administration, or government compliance is preferred. Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must. Database systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or proprietary tax software). Basic data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a asset. 2+ years in administrative support, data entry, or tax/finance roles. Experience in government, public sector, or regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing high-volume, sensitive data with accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong written/verbal communication for stakeholder interactions. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment. Employment Details Schedule: 8:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday to Friday Other: 1-2 months contract, possibility of extension, full onsite, public transportation is accessible.
