Prepare, maintain, and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements
Record, analyze, and report accounting transactions in compliance with applicable accounting standards
Execute internal controls in accordance with SOX requirements
Manage accounting and reporting activities within ERP and financial reporting systems
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and business partners
Support internal and external audit processes and respond to audit queries
Take ownership of assigned legal entities within scope
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness
Provide coaching and support to team members when required
What do you needMin. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2–3 years of experience in GL accounting role
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working with ERP systems
Knowledge of internal controls and SOX requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Knowledge of US GAAP
