Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, support statutory accounts and audits, partner with the Property team, and assist with taxation, cashflow, and ad-hoc projects.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare interim/year-end accounts, statutory notes, and disclosures Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors Maintain compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and internal controls Support property finance operations, lease accounting, and capital reporting Assist with corporation tax computations, VAT returns, and ad-hoc financial projects

About you:

ACA/ACCA qualified with experience in financial accounting (practice or industry) Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and audit processes Skilled in building relationships across teams and with external advisors Desirable: property finance, lease admin, IFRS 16, fixed asset registers Proactive, detail-focused, and eager to develop professionally
