TEP APC

Preparation of the monthly Flash Report to enable Galaxy and CAP reportingPreparation of monthly management reports including monitoring and analysis of monthly expenditures to ensure that the realized costs are within budgetMonitoring of the team’s monthly timewriting and prepare of monthly reports with time analysis for internal users and budget holdersCreation of RFS project codes and monitoring of budgets for each projectResponsible for application of IFRS16 using the tool SAP CLM and ensure accurate reconciliationResponsible for preparing the annual financial statementsProvide support to the accounts payable function including processing of affiliates invoicesProvide support in monthly balance sheet closing schedules, accounts payable, GST return when requiredLiaising with external auditors and prepare responses for audit queries

Responsible for the accounts payable function, liaising with the cost controllers to ensure timely and accurate processingPreparation of monthly closing schedules and reports including accruals, IFRS16 entries, payroll, rental journals and cash callAssist in the preparation of the financial statements
