Job Description:
We are searching for a full time direct hire salaried VP Finance in Belleville, Pennsylvania to be responsible for the overall financial health of the organization, and ensure financial reporting compliance, accuracy, while preventing and detecting fraud, and aiding in moving the business forward.
Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with government agenciesOversee month end and year end closing processesEnsure year end audit is completed promptly Analyze financial transactions utilizing GAAP and IAFRS principlesOversee the company's financial records and accounting personnel, including AR, AP, and a Senior AccountantBe responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts. Implement and maintain internal cost controls and policies - Develop and present budgets, forecasts and profit statementsOversee tax planning, sales tax payroll tax, and corporate tax obligationsEducation: Bachelor Degree
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5 + years of related experienceCPA, CMA, or equivalent experience level preferredExperience: 60 months
Have vision to create financial policies and direction of the organization Have manufacturing or large contractor, multiple location, and work in progress accounting experience Be a change agent that sees a better way to standardize finance systems Well versed in Cost Accounting and preparation of all related Financial statementsSkills:
