Job Description

We are seeking a finance professional with expertise in streamlining and optimizing core processes across FP&A, management reporting, performance tracking, and financial close. The ideal candidate will bring strong capabilities in automation, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools to drive efficiency, control, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Consolidation Optimization

Lead initiatives to achieve a 5-day month-end close by formalizing and stabilizing close processes across business units.Implement materiality thresholds and reduce manual journal entries through automation and ERP enhancements.Collaborate with accounting teams to standardize close cycles and improve data reliability.

Automation & Workflow Enablement

Identify and automate repetitive tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliations, and accrual postings.Deploy workflow tools to streamline approvals and maintain audit trails for compliance.

ERP & Financial Systems Integration

Oversee implementation or optimization of ERP/GL systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite) to support multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-geography operations.Align ERP capabilities with business needs across accounting, procurement, and reporting.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

Enable self-service BI through tools like Power BI and Tableau, providing real-time dashboards and drill-down analytics.Integrate data from ERP, CRM, and operational systems to deliver a unified view of financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.Certifications in Power BI, Alteryx, or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) are highly desirable.Advanced proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, and SQL.Strong skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and dynamic forecasting.
