• Rotate across Financial Planning & Controlling stream
• Work on real business challenges, not simulations
• Be guided and coached by experienced Finance professionals
• Grow into a Finance Analyst role upon successful completion of the program
• Learn how digital tools, automation, and AI enable smarter decision‑making
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, curiosity and willingness to learn matter the most
