**Location: South Jordan, UT 84095 (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)** **Duration: 3 months contract** **Job Description:** + The Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate will act as an extension of local branch management in the review and approval of incoming and outgoing money/asset movement transactions. The AMT Associate’s will work with various systems to ensure the appropriate approval of each transaction. AMT Associates will partner with the Regional Manager to resolve issues while processing requests. They will abide by firm and industry rules to prevent fraud, protect client’s assets, and follow client instructions. **Responsibilities:** + Provide world class customer service. + Work closely with brokerage branch associates/management to make informed processing decisions. + Work in a fast-paced environment with high quality standards. + Communicate with Senior Management and Branch Associates as needed. + Work in a team setting using critical thinking skills and internal resources to resolve escalations and decision transactions. + Apply risk approved policies to prevent client fraud. + Keep current on SEC/FINRA, Compliance and Firm Policies for transaction-based requests. + Work on projects and technology pilots when appointed. + Other duties as assigned. **Experience:** + Experience using Microsoft suite. **Skills:** + Ability to demonstrate success in previous roles + Basic clerical and administrative skills + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Excellent interpersonal and client service + skills, decision making skills, attention to detail and excellent follow up skills **Education:** + College preferred or equivalent experience **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
