Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsEstablishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principlesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:month and end-year process,general ledgertreasury, budgeting, cash forecasting analysis fieldrevenue and expenditure variancecapital assets reconciliationsfixed asset activityCoordinate and complete annual auditsInter-company settlement, reconGST complianceProvide recommendationsImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actionsAssign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracyMeet financial accounting objectivesEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsStaff Management (Career Development, staffing, performance management)
