The incumbent performs financial analysis, decision support and design business plans. Also serves as a key financial stakeholder, connecting with multiple financial areas to lead Free Cash Flow discussions, closing routines and drive sustainable growth while ensuring a robust controls and compliance environment. **You will be responsible for:** Coordinate Innovative Medicine Brazil’s and Mexico's financial operations and shares responsibility for the organization’s financial performance acting as an extend local finance team member. Partner with finance teams, performing financial analysis and supporting decision process. Lead closing routine while driving compliance agenda and ensuring a robust control environment.
