What’s in it for you:

Support in financial planning process of the plant. Prepare trend analysis by product line compared to production levels. Support to prepare Annual Operations Plan (AOP), forecast, Pulse an R&O. Finance support for productivity projects (Materials and LOH)

Responsible to automation projects, dashboards creation with KPI. Finance MDI, MCR, VSA.

Where is the work:

This position will be located in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

What you will do:

Provide real-time ad-hoc financial analysis                                                                        

Responsible reports automation and creation of dashboards                                                                 

Work with Tableau, Dataiku and other systems to improve finance processes                               

Assist in preparation of annual operating plan (AOP), forecast, Pulse, R&O                                     

Prepare financial records for specific business unit / area according to production volumes.                                                            

Compile financial information for business reviews                                                                      

Identify cost reduction opportunities by reviewing top GL accounts. / Vallen analysis                          

Support in preparation and analysis of daily financial scorecard and Overhead expense reports.                                                                    

Support in preparation and analysis of labor cost and labor efficiency                                               

Support with Audit requirements and Standard works.                                                                

Support with month close activities, booking of Journal Entries, accruals, prepare financial information for presentations                                                                

Monthly review of Vallen expenses                                                             

Support with the annual physical inventory activities.                                                                  

Monthly Reconciliations BS review               

What you will bring:

Accountant degree or other administrative areas.                                                                          

3+ year’s experience working in similar position preferably in Manufacturing industry. Advanced excel, Oracle, Tableau, One Stream knowledge (preferred)

Advanced level of English

Strong accounting knowledge.         

Strong analysis skills, very organized person, strong team work, high integrity.

Experience leading and motivating  small teams
