He/She compiles and prepares reports, graphs, and charts; prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in supply chain and small package operations. This position prepares and presents financial information within and outside the work unit and works closely with supervisors, managers, controllers and sales representatives. He/She is responsible for financial administration, functional administration, and staff management (i.e., career development, staffing, performance management, and organizational development) for employees in the department. **What you’ll do:** The Supervisor is responsible for control and analysis of timely payment of invoiced services by UPS customers. He/She supervise the team that monitors customer accounts to ensure past due invoices are addressed, bad debt exposure is reduced, and customers comply with payment terms. The Supervisor supports resolving employee and customer issues to remove barriers to prompt payment via internal and external communication. This position supervises specialists, leaders and administrators. He/She manages full AR & Collections cycle and leads process improvements to streamline AR & Collections. Position is for Ringfence Europe countries (HU, GR, RO, SI, SK, CZ) under Central and South Europe Cluster under processes of Accounts Receivable, Collections and Collect on Delivery. **What you’ll get:** + Opportunity to manage team in different Europe locations. + Hybrid working model. + An opportunity to work in a diverse team gaining valuable experience in an international work environment. + Ongoing learning and development opportunities along with supported career development. **What you’ll need:** + A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent), preferably in Finance or proven experience in Finance (Collections, Accounts Receivable, FP&A etc.) + Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Enthusiastic and motivating leadership skills, strong and confident communication skills, a driven and open-minded approach to continuous improvement, strong analytical skills and fluent in English (both verbal and written). **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
