Responsibilities The Opportunity The Finance Coordinator (L08) role is primarily intended to support the Financial & Tax Reporting team in managing the new Evolve model and overseeing the assigned budget. This position will cover key responsibilities related to monthly financial reporting, as well as addressing audit requirements and automating accounting processes. The role involves close interaction with regional and functional teams, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards Your Impact As Finance Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of Financial Reporting & Analysis - Preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis. - Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. - Development of reports and support for audits and internal controls. - Validation of intercompany transactions and their proper integration into financial statements. - Support in implementing improvements to accounting and reporting processes. Automation & Digitalization - Automation of accounting and financial processes. - Oversee accurate reporting and segmentation to ensure the efficiency of the new Evolve-PMF-LATAM model. - Propose and implement operational improvements focused on efficiency and time reduction. Collaboration & Compliance - Manage audit requirements, including coordination with external auditors (KPMG). - Collaborate with functional and regional teams to ensure the integrity and consistency of financial information. - Align with areas such as financial reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal, and actuarial to ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles. - Proficiency in tools such as SAP and HFM; experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial automation tools is a plus. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data (Balance Sheet and P&L). - Ability to work effectively in collaborative and cross-functional environments. - Digital mindset with experience or interest in process automation, digital transformation, and predictive analytics. - Strategic vision to align financial analysis with business objectives. - Effective communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. - Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable to change, and organizationally resilient. - Ability to present to and lead sessions with Directors and Senior Managers.
