As a Statutory Reporting Specialist, you will be central to ensuring that our legal entities meet all regulatory filing requirements. You’ll work closely with colleagues across functions and regions, contribute to process improvements, and support statutory audits where required.
As a Statutory Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all statutory and regulatory filings are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time in accordance with local Brazilian requirements, including filings for branches, legal entities, and statutory consolidations outside the US.Act as the officially registered responsible accountant before the Conselho Regional de Contabilidade (CRC) and tax authorities.Coordinating and supporting statutory and tax audit processes where applicable.Developing proposals to improve methods, procedures, and processes within your area of expertise.Communicating effectively with direct colleagues and business partners regarding reporting requirements and deliverables.Contributing as a key team member on projects with short‑term, visible outcomes.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university or collegeBe registered with the regional accounting council, having completed the 40 hours of training requiredHave an active registration with the local councilHave no professional sanctions with the regional accounting councilHave previous experience in a similar role acting as a signing accountant will be a plusHave experience with Big Four firms is a plusBe able to express yourself comfortably and fluently in EnglishWork in a way that works for you
