Finance Specialist (1year Contract)
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions for service business of all Asia countries (Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia).Provides financial information to management and Asia business stakeholders by researching, analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.


Role and Responsibilities 

Responsible for revenue recognition of service contracts, service order review/approval, SOX control, managerial P&L analysis and process improvement for customers in Asia Record transactions, compile and analyze data, and report their findings to management and business stakeholders for service business of customers in Asia Ensure the accurate and timely processing of recording, verifying and entering transactions during month end closing Driving compliance and performing internal control activitiesMaintain and control related balance sheetsAnalyze data and trend against forecast and share the insight with relevant partiesCollaborate with various stakeholders such as service planning, Service business manager, controllers, Legal, Tax team and order management desk Require daily communication with global teams in Asia and Netherland (verbal and written)Proactively seek for continuous improvements in the execution of activities, improving efficiency and quality

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferred Accounting, Business administration or relevant major)

Experience

2-5  years Accounting / Finance or equivalent experiences

Personal Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English and KoreanGood teamwork (Collaboration and Care)Knowledge on US & Korea GAAP & IFRS SAP Experience is a big plusCompetent user of MS office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
