As a Financial Specialist, you are responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

You will be responsible for:

End-to-End Accounts Payable Management: Manage the full lifecycle of PO invoices, from ensuring "first-time-right" data entry and compliance with local tax laws (VAT/WHT) to resolving invoice holds. This includes performing 3-way matching (3WM) and managing physical archives to ensure seamless accounting operations.Stakeholder Liaison & Supplier Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for internal requestors, sourcing teams, and external suppliers. You will lead the reconciliation of supplier statements and proactively follow up on Goods Received Notes (GRN) and PO closures to maintain healthy vendor relationships.Financial Reconciliation & Period-End Reporting: Execute critical month-end tasks, including preparing vendor accruals and reconciling Bank Open Items/Cash-in-Transit (CIT) accounts. You are responsible for publishing weekly AP hold reports and driving operational calls to resolve pending items.Audit Support & Regulatory Compliance: Serve as a key contributor during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Ensure all processes align with BH internal policies, local statutory laws, and logistics requirements (such as customs document control).Systems Proficiency & Technical Troubleshooting: Maintain high proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Pascal/Ariba) to manage data flow. This involves identifying system glitches, collaborating with IT via "SOLV" tickets, and ensuring technology is leveraged effectively for daily tasks.Continuous Improvement & Global Collaboration:  Analyze current workflows to propose and implement process enhancements and standardization. You will work within a multi-cultural, global team to adopt best practices, contribute to short-term projects (1–3 month cycles), and stay updated on emerging fintech solutions

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with proven experience in FinanceHave at least 4 years relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis OperationsBe able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skillsBe able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyBe an experienced problem identifier and solver, with proven analytical and organizational ability
