Finance SME - Accounts Receivable

Client Finance - JLL Business Service (Gurugram)

What this job involves:

Responsible for cash applications and analyzing amount received in bank statements.Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements for a 4 to 5 client portfolio by deadlines established within Client Accounting Services and by external client.Raise funding to client and ensure all required supporting documentation attachedEnsure invoices/credit notes are raised in accordance with client POFollow up unallocated cash payments with clients / chase for remittancesPerform AR Write Offs and MaintenancePrepare any relevant reports: AR ageing, invoice volumes, etc as requested by client teamsPerforming quality checks to ensure all the amounts are correctly applied against each client account.Query handling – working on all queries received and keeping a close tab on any pending queries that could be resolved and following up on the rest.Research and analyze duplicate and erroneous payments.Support financial reporting and reconciliation process.Calculate and post aging provision to the GL and prepare provision reportSupport financial reporting and reconciliation process.Keeping all the process-related documents intact on a real-time basis

Employee Specifications

Strong Finance background, Commerce graduate or post-graduate is preferred.Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Order to Cash, specifically Cash Application role is preferable.Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail logical thinking and carry a positive attitude to develop solutions quicklyImpactful communication (written and verbal) to interact with clients and strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethicsWorking knowledge of MS office (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook) required
