What you’ll own

Provides support to customers and partners on all accounts related queries for that product. 

Gets involved into customer queries mainly related to Invoicing and Billing, Commission, Terminal management, Pipeline management. 

Maintains clear, professional, and timely communication with clients (merchants, partners and Other Stakeholders) on above areas. This includes responding to calls, emails, Teams chat, and SFDC queries promptly.

Key contribution to be made towards terminal order management. placing orders , tracking orders, terminal inventory management etc. 

Process and Provides support for invoices & statements after verification, maintain their Trackers and report and address any pricing and charges related queries.

Manages Pipeline and Forecasting reporting by liaising with the respective stakeholders...

Run regular Audit as per process defined for Pricing, Tagging and Sim Usage. Etc...

What you’ll bring

Maintains and provides/shares all the necessary Trackers/Reports (related to accounts/EPPE/Freedom Pay) as required and suggested.

Seeking Support from Seniors and exchange Feedback for improvement in regular Performance.

Continuously seeks opportunities for learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge and learns various Tools, Products, processes and activities within the accounts IP team.

Follows organisational values and accomplishes all activities with an aim of delivering these values.
