About you and this role
Are you a recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, eager to start your career with a global leader? Do you aspire to build a strong foundation in finance, gain broad business exposure, and develop into a future leader? The Dow Finance Rotation Program is designed for new college graduates like you. Join us to experience hands-on learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to a company committed to innovation, sustainability, and inclusion.
The Dow Finance Rotation Program typically consists of 3-4 rotations, each lasting about 2 to 3 years. Participants complete assignments in departments including Controllers, Corporate Audit, Tax, Treasury, Business Finance and Invoice to Cash. This program offers experience across Dow’s finance organization and prepares individuals for future roles with increased responsibility.
Responsibilities
During your rotations, your responsibilities may include:
+ Record, monitor, and report business and entity results, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
+ Collaborate with internal partners to coordinate annual budgets and financial estimates, aligning with corporate, business, and functional guidelines.
+ Educate and advise business partners on accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance matters.
+ Leverage digital tools and analytics to drive smarter decision-making and process improvements.
+ Build and manage relationships across finance, business, and external partners.
+ Participate in cross-functional projects designed to enhance business performance and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
+ Recent or soon-to-be graduate (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Demonstrated passion for finance and a drive for continuous learning and development.
+ Eagerness to work with new technologies and AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
+ Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
+ Fluency in English.
