Designs specific tower plans and executes change initiatives and activities for projects. Oversee and drive various global initiatives.** **This role involves understanding business processes, gathering requirements, configuring the system, and working with technical teams to ensure the delivery of effective solutions that align with organizational needs.** **What You Will Do:** • Serve as a team member of the Solution Deployment Team for ERP financial modules, ensuring alignment with the project’s scope, budget, and timeline. • Support the design of specific project plans, including timelines, tasks, and key milestones. • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas requiring customization or process changes. • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and validate business requirements. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating financial needs into system functionalities. • Engage with internal clients and end-users to ensure alignment between project deliverables and business goals. • Support technology implementation by ensuring proper system configuration and coordinating testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilization efforts. • Work with technology teams to ensure business requirements are translated into functional specifications. • Monitor the progress of the build by technology teams and coordinate as necessary. • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) following Systems Integration Testing (SIT). • Assist in end-user training by preparing training materials and delivering some training sessions. • Provide go-live and Hypercare support activities for end-users. • Perform other duties as assigned. **What You Will Need:** • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM & Coupa systems, with expertise in modules such as Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, Revenue Recognition). Additional knowledge of finance processes (AP, GL, Financial Reporting) is a plus. • Experience in a minimum of 2 project lifecycles, including design, build, testing, and post-implementation support. • Strong finance and accounting expertise, including knowledge of financial terms and principles, with a solid understanding of CTC processes and satisfactory knowledge of US and local GAAP accounting. • Good written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to provide efficient and courteous service to customers. • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or hybrid approaches, for handling ERP implementations; hands-on experience in at least 2 ERP implementation projects in the finance domain. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SmartSheets, JIRA, Azure, and ServiceNow is desirable. • Strong solution-oriented mindset and broad solution architecture knowledge with PeopleSoft Financials. **What We Offer:** • A remote role (from Poland). • Fixed term contract for 12 months (with possibility of extension). • Employee recognition programs and a commitment to career progression. • The opportunity to work with an interesting international client in a dynamic, fast-growing company. • A benefits package including private medical care, co-participation in a sports card, and facilitation of life insurance.
