What is the opportunity?
The Finance Program Manager serves as the administrator of the FA Select program, ensuring that the Financial Advisor (sales professional) select plan is aligned with PCG’s long-term strategy. Incumbent must understand performance management expectations, standards, and risks associated with work processes, how work is processed from beginning to end, and dependencies to other areas and departments.Act as subject matter expert, liaison between the business users and the technology groups, analyst and problem solver on assigned programs and projects.Lead and work with various partners to effectively deliver solutions to PCG system issues and other PCG initiativesIncumbent must understand the units’ key drivers, performance metrics and operational processes, and work with business leaders and other functional areas to develop business cases in support of specific business initiatives.What will you do?
Assume responsibility and ownership for assigned programs and initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert on FA Select program, and PCG Compensation-related topics for assigned programs and initiatives, including but not limited to the following: City National Bank referrals, Advisor debt tracking and reporting, Fee-based production smoothing, AFA tracking and reporting, Recommended Client Commission oversight and auditing.Act as the overall problem solver of PCG-related system issues that encompasses all activities from the start to finish of the project such as, but not limited to, investigation of the issue and potential solutions, development of functional requirements, testing, roll out, and communication.Accurately define problems and identify relevant factors; objectively consider alternatives and anticipate impact of all possible solutions.Manage projects based on management direction or guidance and seek out management clarity when appropriate.Work closely and interact with other business owners in PCG Finance and Commissions Accounting, Commissions Accounting Project Managers, Purefacts (Xtiva) and Broadridge vendors, and IT to ensure effective resolution to PCG-related system initiatives.Communicate effectively in business terms at multiple levels with business teams, project managers, technical leaders, developers, etc.Manage individual workload on multiple programs and projects as well as assist with defining and prioritized tasks.Leadership of other initiatives as assignedWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 6+ years of finance and/or job specific industry experience.8+ years of strategic planning, analysis, project management or equivalent.Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands.Excellent and effective communication, analytical and organizational skillsNice-to-have
Proven success creating, communicating, and executing business strategy and related outcomes.Strong knowledge and understanding of financial reporting systems, vendor management, and/or systems experience.Experience with Essbase (Smartview), Purefacts (Xtiva), Broadridge, and SalesforceExperience with commission systems, pay plans and reconciliationsWhat’s in it for you?

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
