Job Title: Assistant Procurement Manager Non-IT Sourcing Division: CorporateDepartment: Global Procurement Reports To: Director, Global Procurement Job Description The Non-IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and servicesincluding but not limited to facilities management, marketing services, travel, HR services, professional consulting, logistics, and general office supplies. The role ensures cost-effective, timely, and compliant purchasing activities aligned with company policies and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Operations Manage the sourcing and procurement of indirect categories (e.g., office supplies, travel, HR services, maintenance, utilities, marketing, and logistics). Develop and execute RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal terms. Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies, budgets, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information. 2. Strategic Sourcing Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to improve quality, cost efficiency, and reliability. Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier base. Support development of category strategies and contribute to overall procurement planning. 3. Supplier Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, and service). Resolve supplier issues, discrepancies, and disputes promptly. 4. Process Improvement & Compliance Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures. Support implementation of procurement best practices and process automation tools (e.g., ERP, eProcurement). Contribute to sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with departments such as Finance, HR, Admin, and Facilities to understand and fulfill purchasing needs. Provide procurement insights and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Experience and/or Qualifications Required Essential: 1.Fluency in English and local language 2.8 to 10+ years Procurement experience 3.Graduation + Masters in Procurement Management / Supply Chain Management or any other appropriate Masters, like MBA (Finance or Supply Chain). Desirable: 1.Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills. 2.Tool expert of P2P Tools (Archer, Ariba).
