ASML is looking for a Finance business process expert to help prepare for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and an enhanced finance data model. Role and responsibilities

As a Finance business process expert, you will play a key role in transforming finance processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

Prepare for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across end-to-end finance processes.

Drive improvements in the business performance management cycle using best practices in process, data, and technology.

Collaborate with finance teams, process owners, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions.

Ensure smooth business adoption of process and system improvements.

Embed internal controls in processes and support automation with internal control specialists.

Education and experience

You bring a strong background in finance and technology, with the ability to lead process improvements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in finance process design and improvement.

Expertise in SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA) and familiarity with RPA tools.

Knowledge of SAP CS-Finance integration, including service orders, contracts, and billing.

Experience with ERP migrations and finance transformation projects.

Understanding of revenue accounting (SAP RAR) is a plus.

Other information

You will be part of the Transformation & digital finance department, reporting to the Team lead program delivery experts. This role is based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and may involve occasional travel.
