Finance PMO Analyst will participate in the achievement of the PMO's objectives through data analysis, metrics and trending. They will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the Finance PMO
What you will do
Build out financial models and financial trackers
Assist the PMO Director in annual budget process
Contribute data analysis expertise for short- and long-term strategic planning process activities
Leads projects. May support smaller continuous improvement or analytics projects as it relates to the Costa Rica Finance Center
Run a subset of projects such as Continuous Improvement or Analytics projects in the Process Excellence portfolio
Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success
Support the PMO governance model
Be the key SME for project management software such as Smartsheets or MS Project
Develop templates for executive updates
What you need
Strong understanding of simple financial modeling
Desire to eventually become a project manager and attain certifications related to PMO
Gains stakeholder trust, and maintains open communication channels with stakeholders, including development teams and sponsors
Can consolidate large amounts of data, pinpoint valuable information free of personal bias to make timely and durable decisions
Experience building financial modeling or business cases
Experience in a shared services center
Bachelor of Arts or equivalent & 2+ years of work experience
Travel Percentage: 10%
