This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in HEINEKEN Global Shared Service in Krakow. Your responsibilities would include:

• Work within the SAP-FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Finance Platform product team to transfer business requirements into solutions related to the credit- collections and dispute management domain, safeguarding the Global Template
• Keep up with relevant developments in your functional area and ensure the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge
• Deliver working functional enhancements, including writing and reviewing functional specs and test scripts, within the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire to a zero-defect culture
• Provide support to end users for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training
• Manage the quality of the solution and technical debt
• Identify potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and propose how to resolve these, reducing the complexity of the work that has to be done
• Provide guidance and coaching to other team members and suppliers on changes throughout the design process, ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy, and support the Product are embedded in the team.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics, or other related studies
• A minimum of 5 years of SAP consulting experience, ideally in the SAP-FSCM domain
• Good understanding of credit-, collection- and dispute processes
• Experience in Global template deployment programs
• Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team player and able to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• Able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
• SAP Technical experience, including SAP FI/CO product configuration experience
• Experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector
• Experience with middleware integration scenarios (e.g. PI, Solace, APIC) and/or workflow solutions is a plus
• Experience in factoring scenarios
• Incident and change management experience
• Knowledge on IT Controls and/or test automation.
