You’ll also get opportunities to shadow team members, learn new systems (such as SAP, Excel, Power BI), and see how financial insights shape strategy across a major healthcare business.

What We’re Looking For

Successful completion of the first two years of a Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related degree

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or SAP is a plus

A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset — someone who takes ownership and is eager to learn

Ability to commute to the Maidenhead office as required
