Purpose
The Finance Partner acts as a key link between Finance and the business units, supporting financial management, governance, and decision-making. The Finance Partner works closely with senior stakeholders to provide insights, analysis, and advice that enable informed decisions. This role focuses on delivering accurate financial information, supporting planning and forecasting processes, and contributing to operational and strategic discussions.

Key Requirements
Bachelors (or higher) Degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Economics from a recognised tertiary institution Professional certification with CPA PNG or equivalent international certification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights Understanding of financial management policies and methodologies Proficiency in Excel and financial systems Financial modeling and scenario analysis techniques Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and planning Knowledge of stakeholder engagement and communication techniques for financial discussions Ability to leverage automation tools for process improvement and efficiencyData visualization and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of the Cards and Payments industry Exposure to the issues and challenges in the banking industry. Time spent in the business, hands on commercial experience. At least 3-5 years management or financial accounting experience in the financial services industry or the profession, or 6 years senior accounting experience in another industry Pay & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
