Overview
We are currently recruiting a part-time (0.6 FTE) Finance Officer to join a locally owned engineering consultancy. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the business with timely reporting.
Location- Brisbane, QLD
Duration- Permanent, Part time – 3days/week
Salary- $80,000 + Super (Full-time equivalent) – 0.6 FTE = $48,000 + Super
Benefits- Hybrid WFH – 2 days in office, 1 day WFH
Responsibilities Process Accounts payable and receivable Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations Invoicing and expense processing Lodge reports - BAS, payroll, and superannuation obligations, WorkCover Generate Budgets Assist with month-end and year-end reporting General admin support / data entry Ensure compliance with ATO requirements Liaise with accountants and external stakeholders as needed
Required Experience Cert IV in Bookkeeping, Finance or equivalent Proven experience as a bookkeeper in an autonomous role.
