Finance Manager Spain

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across multiple business units in Spain. This strategic role will report to senior leadership and play a key part in supporting business performance, compliance, and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure proper implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations.Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and supervise monthly closings and reconciliations.Prepare financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities.Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives.Support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.Participate in business expansion projects, including financial modeling and risk analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial management, ideally in multi-site environments.Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to manage and develop finance teams.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Availability to travel within Spain based on business needs.
