Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings. **About the Role:** As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the overall control of Third-party expenses and Inter-companies charge-out for the Indonesia portfolio. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of all Real Estate Services (RES) accounts, contributing significantly to financial analysis and operational efficiency within the team. **What You’ll Do:** Financial Analysis and Reporting + Manage the overall control of expenses and recoveries for the Indonesia SG portfolio and maintenance of all RES General Ledger (GL) accounts. + Prepare the unit rate and charges, and update the volumes changes in the APS (Allocation Payment System) as needed. + Ensure project closures adhere to policy and track against plan, prepare the accruals if required. + Reconcile the RES Fixed Asset Register (FAR) to ensure accurate monthly additions and depreciation. + Prepare the annual Fixed Asset data review exercise and ensure RES FA are updated. + Review accurate GL balances, proofing records, and ensuring 'no inappropriate ageing' as per Balance Sheet Governance. + Manage the country team with Fixed Asset queries and charge-out/recoveries queries. + Prepare the annual budgeting exercise and monthly forecast updates and Manage the RES Country Budget submission to Regional FP&A + Work with the RES Indonesia team to provide financial inputs for IEP (Investment Expenditure Proposal) preparation. + Manage the local financial reporting compliance for Indonesia-RES related queries. Operations & Processing + Lead the month-end closing process for accruals (working with relevant stakeholders) and reclass journal entries for RES Indonesia. + Ensure the SG RES Accounts Payable (AP) Invoices (FM baseline, utilities, FM Above-base, other ad-hoc) and payments are on a timely manner. APS System Country Lead + Overall responsibility for service order maintenance updates and managing the premise recovery process annually. + Work closely with the Facilities Manager (FM) for Archibus updates if required. + Submit the monthly billing files, manual recoveries, and entries as needed. + One-point contact for all charging related queries, charge outlook submission to regional FP&A and business Facilities Management (FM) Analysis and Forecasting + Prepare trackers for actuals against plan related to all FM charges, including Utilities, cleaning, Maintenance Contracts, Repairs, and above-base expenditure. + Review and analyze CBRE baseline invoicing and approved change request (CR) updates. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance preferred with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (Accounts Payable, Journal Entries and Financial reports).
