Finance Manager I/II/III

As a Finance Manager, you will provide project and program leadership while supervising financial analysts in support of a Finance Director. In this role, you will contribute to financial performance management initiatives alongside the finance director and leadership team, managing and organizing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal manager in the Ohio Corporate Space is proactive and engaging, partnering with diverse stakeholders across the organization to identify Market needs and develop effective solutions. This role requires the ability to confidently present accurate, meaningful information to executive leaders, along with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and strategic thinking. **We will hire into three different job titles based on experience and educational background:** + Finance Manager I + Finance Manager II + Finance Manager III **A caregiver in this role works a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.** **_The position is primarily remote, with the expectation of working on-site at Main Campus or the Business Operations Center 2-3 days per week, depending on operational needs._** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Partner with the finance director in all financial matters and analyze business plans and initiatives. + Identify benchmarks in financial performance, hospital throughput, cost per case, length of stay and productivity metrics. + Assist in preparing financial presentations as necessary to review operating performance. + Assist the Finance Director in business operations, including financial reporting, billing and reimbursement, informatics and outside strategic business ventures. + Assist in developing financial strategic business plans and lead certain aspects of the plans. + Work with the Finance Director to prepare for the business review meetings and provide analysis and interpretation with regard to business plans, new staff recruitment, variance analysis and fete requests. + Work with the revenue cycle staff to ensure maximum reimbursement and adherence to revenue cycle related policies. + Establish work plans and review activity of the reimbursement staff. + Work with the Finance Director on the outlook and annual budget cycle, including budget spreads, budget reconciliation, capital budget, business plans and any other budget-related responsibilities. + Support the Finance Director with the treasury and research budget preparation. + Coordinate and Manage Ohio Market projects across financial teams ensuring accuracy and timeliness Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree + Four to five years of professional and functionally relevant experience inclusive of demonstrated leadership (lead or coordinator role) of people or processes, projects, or functions + **OR** in lieu of a degree, extensive experience and or certifications may be considered Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Master's degree + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. + Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. + Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment. + In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system. + In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs. **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required **Pay Range** Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
