This candidate will have strong experience in healthcare finance, Medicaid, or nursing home operations to lead a collaborative team and drive strategic financial initiatives. What You’ll Do + Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and accountability. + Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness. + Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal/state regulations, and healthcare-specific standards. + Collaborate across departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. + Optimize accounting systems and internal controls for greater efficiency and transparency. + Serve as a key liaison with auditors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
